This document contains the terms and conditions governing the use of the data18 platform. Please read it carefully before using any of our services.

1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the data18 platform via data18.bio or our mobile app, you agree to be bound by all terms and conditions set out in this document. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to use our platform.
Continued use of the data18 platform following any changes to these terms constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. It is the user's responsibility to review these terms periodically to stay informed of the conditions currently in effect.
These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you as the user and data18 as the platform operator. If you are registering an account on behalf of an organisation or company, you confirm that you have the authority to bind that organisation to these terms.
2. Account Creation & Security
To access the full range of data18 services, you are required to register an account using accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. Each user is permitted to hold only one active account. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in the termination of all associated accounts.
You are solely responsible for keeping your username and password confidential. Never share your login credentials with anyone. data18 will never ask for your password via email, messages, or any channel outside the official platform.
If you suspect that your account has been accessed without authorisation, please contact our support team immediately at [email protected]. You are responsible for all activities that occur within your account until you report any unauthorised access to us.
User Eligibility Requirements
- Be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration.
- Not be legally prohibited from using online betting services.
- Register using truthful and verifiable personal information.
- Not be subject to any prior account ban imposed by data18.
3. User Responsibilities & Platform Rules
Data18 users are expected to use the platform responsibly, honestly, and in accordance with applicable laws in Malaysia. Any attempt to defraud, exploit system vulnerabilities, use unauthorised bots or automated software, or interfere with other users' experience is strictly prohibited.
You agree not to use the data18 platform for any of the following purposes:
- Fraud, identity falsification, or impersonating another user.
- Money laundering or any other illicit financial activity.
- Spreading harmful, misleading, or defamatory content.
- Accessing another user's account without authorisation.
- Disrupting the platform's technical infrastructure in any way.
Data18 reserves the right to investigate any complaints or signs of misuse and to take appropriate action, including account suspension or closure without prior notice, in the event of a serious breach of these terms.
4. Payment Information & MYR Transactions
All financial transactions on the data18 platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). Users are responsible for ensuring that all payment details provided are accurate and kept up to date.
Data18 supports deposits via a range of local channels, including internet banking, e-wallets, and other supported local payment methods. Processing times for deposits and withdrawals vary depending on the method chosen and may take anywhere from a few minutes to two business days.
Payment Policy
- Minimum deposit amounts are determined by the selected payment method and are subject to change from time to time.
- Withdrawals may only be made to the same account or payment method used for the original deposit, subject to specific conditions.
- Data18 reserves the right to request identity verification before processing withdrawals that exceed certain limits.
- Any transaction suspected of involving fraud or unlawful activity may be placed on hold while an investigation is carried out.

Intellectual Property
All content on the data18 platform — including logos, designs, text, images, software code, and other visual elements — is the property of data18 or our licensors and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, distribute, modify, or use any platform content without our prior written consent.
Account Suspension & Closure
Data18 reserves the right to suspend or close a user account without prior notice in the following circumstances: breach of these terms, suspected fraudulent activity, bonus or promotion abuse, unauthorised use of bots or automated software, or upon direction from the relevant authorities. In the event of a legitimate account closure, any remaining balance will be returned once the investigation is complete and no violation has been confirmed.
Third-Party Links
The data18 platform may contain links or references to third-party services. data18 is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any such third-party websites or services. Accessing third-party links is entirely at the user's own risk.
6. Changes to Terms & Governing Law
Data18 reserves the right to amend, add to, or revise these terms and conditions at any time in response to operational requirements, regulatory changes, or business policy updates. Any changes take effect immediately upon publication on our official website.
Users will be notified of significant changes via in-platform notifications or through the email address registered to their account. Continued use of the platform after updated terms are published constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising from or in connection with the use of the data18 platform shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiation. Should negotiation fail, the dispute shall be referred to the jurisdiction of a competent court in Malaysia.
If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be severed from the remainder of the terms, which will continue in full force and effect.
